The delegations joined the event: Standing Vice Director of VNU-CEA Dr. Ta Thi Thu Hien; Assessment Team Leader Prof. Dr. Dang Ung Van and members. On the side of Hung Vuong University was Standing Vice Rector Dr. Hoang Cong Kien and his staffs

On behalf of VNU-CEA, Dr. Ta Thi Thu Hien presented goals and content of this preliminary site visit and component of the Assessment Team. In the end, the Standing Vice Director of VNU-CEA, the Assessment Team Leader and the Standing Vice Rector of Hung Vuong University signed the record of the preliminary site visit.
