The delegations joined the event: representatives of VNU-CEA included Dr. Ta Thi Thu Hien - Standing Vice Director and Dr. Dinh Van Toan – Vice Director; from Assessment Team were Prof. Dr. Mai Trong Nhuan - Leader and Dr. Nguyen Thi Thu Huong - Secretary. On the side of Hanoi University of Home Affairs were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Ba Chien – Rector, Dr. Le Thanh Huyen – Vice Rector along with their staff.

At the working session of the preliminary site visit, the Assessment Team checked preliminary evidence of the training programs and facilities to prepare interviews with stakeholders. They gave suggestions to the University on the addition and arrangement of evidence to prepare for the actual site visit.

The actual site visit at Hung Vuong University planned to be from 19 November to 23 November 2021.
